INCOMING MATERIAL / IQC

Incoming material inspection

Materials are checked before production. The quality team performs incoming inspection and material self-testing according to the order requirements.

PP SAMPLE

Pre-production sample approval

A PP sample is made and reviewed before bulk production. Key specifications are confirmed and signed off so the production team has a clear reference standard.

PRODUCTION

Bulk production

Cutting, sewing, assembly and related operations proceed according to the approved sample, technical requirements and production plan.

Inspection throughout production

Quality checks are not left until the end. Inspectors follow the order through production so issues can be identified and corrected earlier.

PACKAGE

Packing & first-production sign-off

Once production quality is confirmed, products enter the packing stage. The first completed production is checked and signed against the approved requirements before the order is closed.

Final inspection

Finished goods receive a final quality review before warehousing. Quantity, workmanship, appearance, packing and order-specific requirements are checked one last time.
